Salve is made by infusing Sunflower Oil with Lavender, Calendula, Arnica and Comfrey for at least 2 weeks. Herbs are then filtered out (you might see a few teeny bits) and combined with  Coconut Oil, Beeswax, Frankinsence Essential Oil, Lavender Essential Oil and Tea Tree Essential Oil.
